【Return Policy】
You may request a return or refund as long as the item remains in brand new condition with complete original packaging, including the product box and all accessories.
Please note that the return period is not a trial period. If any part of the product is missing or damaged, a refurbishment fee may be deducted based on the condition of the item.

【Non-returnable items】
– Customized or personalized products

【How to Return】
• Contact customer service and provide your order number, reason for return, and product photos (especially if the item is defective).
• Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.
• Carefully repackage the product and ship it back. Please keep your shipping receipt.
• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your designated account within 14 business days.

※ For returns due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping and any transaction fees.
